    This is the besst advise to grow taller i was 5 foot 2 and i did this for about a month now im 5 foot 4 honestly listen to this advice it is the best i ever got for growing taller!

    The best is to get into a habit of doing the breathing exercises every morning or at night before bed. Same goes for massaging those pressure points.
